By using One RCM’s Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, as well as all applicable laws and regulations, including HIPAA and state-specific healthcare regulations. One RCM reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. 

Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page, and your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Services Overview

One RCM provides professional, end-to-end revenue cycle management (RCM) services for healthcare providers, including:

  • Medical billing and coding
  • Claims submission and follow-up
  • Denial management and appeals
  • Patient billing and statements
  • Analytics, reporting, and financial insights

Our Services are designed to improve financial performance, reduce administrative burden, and optimize reimbursement processes. Specific service details, deliverables, and pricing are governed by separate client agreements and contracts.

We do not provide medical advice or clinical services. All patient care responsibilities remain with the healthcare provider.

3. Eligibility

To access or use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Be a licensed healthcare provider, authorized representative, or practice administrator.
  • Have authority to provide necessary patient or practice data for billing and RCM services.
  • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including HIPAA.

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm your eligibility and legal authority to use our Services.

4. Account Registration and Responsibility

Some of One RCM’s Services require creating an account or providing credentials. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials and notify One RCM immediately of unauthorized access.
  • Be fully responsible for all activity under your account.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of account access.

5. Use of Services

You agree to use One RCM’s Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

  • Using the Services for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to One RCM systems, data, or accounts.
  • Sharing, selling, or distributing patient or provider data without proper authorization.
  • Circumventing security measures or engaging in any activity that could harm our network or Services.

One RCM reserves the right to monitor usage, suspend, or terminate access for any prohibited activities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the One RCM website, including text, graphics, logos, software, reports, and other materials, is the property of One RCM or its licensors and is protected under U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without written permission.
  • Use One RCM trademarks or logos without explicit authorization.
  • Copy, reverse engineer, or exploit our software or services for competitive purposes.

Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

  • One RCM reserves the right to modify pricing for services with prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One RCM is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Lost profits or revenue due to errors, delays, or interruptions.
  • Unauthorized access to your data.

Our liability for claims related to services is limited to the fees paid for the specific services causing the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless One RCM, its officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Unauthorized use of the Services.
  • Breach of applicable laws, regulations, or HIPAA compliance.

11. Termination

One RCM may suspend or terminate access to Services at its discretion, including:

  • Violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
  • Non-payment for services.
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred before termination, including payment obligations.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. One RCM does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content, services, or privacy practices. Accessing such links is at your own risk.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which One RCM operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from the Services or these Terms will be resolved in the appropriate federal or state courts in that jurisdiction.
